Coffman Nursing Home is dedicated to providing rehabilitation and long term care to residents in Washington County and the surrounding geographic area. Your donation assists us in providing capital purchases and ongoing support to our residents. With prudent planning you can help find the right way to make a special contribution.

There are three ways to make a contribution:

• First is a contribution directly to us, Payable to Coffman Nursing Home and mailed to us at 1304 Pennsylvania Avenue, Hagerstown, Maryland 21742

• Second is a contribution to our account with the Community Foundation of Washington County in Hagerstown, Maryland. We have partnered with the Community Foundation of Washington County for establishing an endowment fund. Go on their website at cfwcmd.org Go to the donate box in the right hand corner, provide donation amount, direct your donation to “other”, specify Coffman Nursing Home, complete the personal information, payment information and click Make Donation.
