Nick Mason, Administrator
Nick has been a licensed administrator in Maryland since 1982. He has been with Coffman Nursing Home since June 2017. He has a graduate degree in Health and Medical Services Administration from Widener University, Chester Pennsylvania. He began his career in continuing care communities as their licensed nursing home administrator. He has a strong interest and enthusiasm in the field of aging services for our local community residents. Nick believes passionately in attending to the residents and their families while serving their diverse needs.
Allison Frazee, RN, Director of Nursing
Allison has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years-focusing that entire time on geriatric health. She obtained her BS in psychology from Mt. St. Marys in 1992 and her RN license from HCC in 1998. She started at Coffman as a charge nurse in 1998. Allison became ADON at Coffman in 2008 and the DON in 2014. Allison was certified in wound care (WCC) in 2008 and has been the wound nurse at Coffman since that time. It is Allison’s longevity at Coffman and her passion for great healthcare that make her a valued part of the Coffman team.
Jackie Rhodes, Admission Director
Originally from NJ, moved here when I was 6. Grew up in the Williamsport suburbs but have lived in Hagerstown since 72. I’ve been at Coffman for 3 years as Admissions Coordinator, and the work is both challenging and rewarding. Mother to 2 and grandmother to 3, from Hagerstown to Wisconsin.

Alexandra King , ADON
Alexandra King began her nursing career as a CNA/GNA in 2004. She graduated LPN school in July of 2007 from James Rumsey Technical Institute and is currently back in school to become an RN. She started working at Coffman as a charge nurse on 3-11 shift in 2010 and became ADON in 2014. She is certified in staff development and QAPI. She also is the infection control nurse here at Coffman.
