Allison Frazee, RN, Director of Nursing
Allison has worked in the healthcare industry for 20 years-focusing that entire time on geriatric health. She obtained her BS in psychology from Mt. St. Marys in 1992 and her RN license from HCC in 1998. She started at Coffman as a charge nurse in 1998. Allison became ADON at Coffman in 2008 and the DON in 2014. Allison was certified in wound care (WCC) in 2008 and has been the wound nurse at Coffman since that time. It is Allison’s longevity at Coffman and her passion for great healthcare that make her a valued part of the Coffman team.
James Schaffer, Admissions Director
Prior to becoming the Admissions Director at Coffman Nursing Home, James worked as a geriatric nursing assistant since 2009. During that time, he also had three years experience working as a restorative aide and experience as an Admissions Coordinator. James has a passion for building strong relationships with residents and their families.

Alexandra King , ADON
Alexandra King began her nursing career as a CNA/GNA in 2004. She graduated LPN school in July of 2007 from James Rumsey Technical Institute and is currently back in school to become an RN. She started working at Coffman as a charge nurse on 3-11 shift in 2010 and became ADON in 2014. She is certified in staff development and QAPI. She also is the infection control nurse here at Coffman.
